Додаток 2 до Угоди про Надання Професійних Послуг \\ Форма Замовлення на Придбання Дана Угода про надання професійних послуг складена, підписана та набула чинності з (дата) між: 1.ХХХ, компанією заснованої та існуючої за законодавством ХХХ, що має юридичну адресу: ХХХХХХХХХХХХХХ, дане вираження включає всіх правонаступників ХХХ, іменоване надалі "Замовник", та 2. GBSA (Global Business Service Agency), компанією створеною й існуючою за законодавством України, що має юридичну адресу: Україна, Донецька обл., м. Краматорськ, вул. Проїздна, 116/1, дане вираження включає всіх правонаступників GBSA, іменоване надалі "Підрядник",
ЗАМОВНИК ТА ПІДРЯДНИК ЗГАДУЮТЬСЯ НАДАЛІ ОКРЕМО ЯК «СТОРОНА», А РАЗОМ - ЯК «СТОРОНИ»,

БЕРУЧИ ДО УВАГИ, ЩО Замовник бажає одержувати певні професійні послуги (перелічені нижче) на протязі дії Договору, а Підрядник готовий надавати такі професійні послуги відповідно до умов даної Угоди; тому
Сторони спільно заявляють, що вони мають повноваження та бажання укласти даний Контракт; ЦИМ ПОСВІДЧУЄТЬСЯ, що, беручи до уваги вихідні передумови та взаємні зобов’язання, викладені нижче, Сторони домовились про нижченаведене:

Appendix I to Professional Services Agreement \\ Description of Services to be rendered by the Contractor according to Orders of the Customer
Appendix II to Professional Services Agreement \\ Form of Purchase Order This Professional Services Agreement is made, signed and enters into force on this Х day of Х 200Х by and between: 1 ХХХ, a company organized and existing under the laws of ХХХ, having its principal place of business at ХХХХХ, which expression shall include all assigns, assignees and successors in title of the XХХ, hereinafter referred to as " Customer", and 2. GBSA (Global Business Service Agency), a company organized and existing under the laws of Ukraine, having its principal place of business at Ukraine, Donetsk reg., Kramatorsk city, Proizdna str., 116/1, which expression shall include all assigns, assignees, licensees and successors in title of the GBSA, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor", CUSTOMER AND CONTRACTOR ARE REFERRED TO HEREINAFTER EITHER INDIVIDUALLY AS "PARTY" OR COLLECTIVELY AS "PARTIES",

 

WHEREAS, the Customer wishes to be supported with the certain professional Services (as specified below) during the term of this Agreement; and Contractor is willing to perform such professional Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; and the Parties mutually declare that they have the authority and desire to enter into this Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE and in consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants set out hereinafter, the Parties agreed as follows:
